Choosing between routine care and a deeper clean

Condition and priorities are more useful guides than a label alone.

Look at the current condition

Start with kitchens, bathrooms, floors and reachable surfaces. Is the home keeping up with everyday use, or are dust and residue building up in detail areas? For an Everett home, describe what you see rather than trying to make the space fit a service name.

Identify where more attention is needed

A deeper refresh may focus more closely on accumulated dust, kitchen and bathroom work and agreed reachable details. That does not mean every possible task is automatically included. Appliance interiors and other extras should be checked against the options shown in booking.

Share enough detail to plan

Include the approximate size, pets, access and any delicate materials. Explain which rooms matter most and whether the property is occupied. Review the service scope and terms before submitting your request, especially when the condition has changed since the home’s last cleaning.
